BRECHA DIGITAL: NUEVOS DESAFÍOS DE ACCESO Y EQUIDAD FRENTE AL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA–APRENDIZAJE DE LOS UNIVERSITARIOS EN LA FACULTAD DE DERECHO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTÓNOMA DE MÉXICO

Abstrac

Existen desafíos frente al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los universitarios en la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAM, con relación a las tecnologías de información y comunicación. El artículo visibiliza estrategias digitales tecnológicas en educación que pueden ser utilizadas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para reducir la brecha digital, por condición económica o geográfica. Es evidente la necesidad de actualizar los programas académicos y la promoción de la ética profesional dentro de un contexto de corrupción y desconfianza; así como la integración de métodos de enseñanza innovadores que favorezcan el pensamiento crítico. El modelo metodológico es casuístico de la UNAM y otras universidades del mundo; sin excluir la posibilidad de utilizar estas estrategias en otros campos de conocimiento y competencias educativas.

There are challenges facing the teaching-learning process of university students at the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, in relation to information and communication technologies. The article makes visible technological digital strategies in education that can be used in the teaching-learning process to reduce the digital gap, by economic or geographical condition. It is evident the need to update academic programs and the promotion of professional ethics within a context of corruption and distrust; as well as the integration of innovative teaching methods that favor critical thinking. The methodological model is casuistic of UNAM and other universities in the world; without excluding the possibility of using these strategies in other fields of knowledge and educational competencies.
